REGISTRATION OPEN FOR 2026
Do I have to pay now? No, you can register now and pay later. However, your team will be waitlisted until payment is received and there is a risk that your division will fill up before you pay, so don't wait until the last minute to pay.
How do I know which teams are playing and how close registration is to full? Go to the Teams page. You will see how many open spots there are for each division and how many are filled by registered or waitlisted teams. Note the size of each division could change as we shift field usage based on interest levels.
What happens if there is inclement weather? First off, we will do everything we can to play as many games as possible as long as it is safe for the players and our fields. However, sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. Please do not reach out asking about weather. Nothing slows down the process more than having 500 different parents contacting me at the same time. We will monitor any weather issues very closely and let you know if and when any decisions are made regarding schedule changes due to weather. Changes will be emailed directly to the registered coaches and posted on the website. If you have to stop a game due to weather, both teams send a text to 240-485-4559 with information on the teams, field, inning, and game situation when you stopped. If your team plays less than 3 games, please refer to our refund policy posted on the registration page and the rules page.
When will schedules be posted? The schedule for pool play games (Friday and Saturday) will be posted on the website 1-2 weeks before the start of the tournament. Having your registration and payment done before the deadline helps with this process. Bracket schedules for Sunday are posted to the website as soon as possible after the completion of the last game in the division (usually less than 2 hours). Texting scores immediately following games helps speed up this process.
What about lost and found? If you find something, start by checking with those around, including the host teams taking care of the field you are at. If you don't find an owner, reach out to the tournament director. If you lose something, start by looking near where you lost it and checking with those around, including the host teams taking care of the field you are at. If you don't find it, reach out to the tournament director.
