REGISTRATION: Use online form below to register your team for any of our 2026 tournaments.  Teams will be waitlisted until payment is received.  

TOURNAMENT DATES:

• Swing Into Spring (1st Weekend): May 1-3

• Swing Into Spring (2nd Weekend): May 15-17

• Summer Slam: July 24-26

• Swing Away (1st Weekend): Sept 18-20

• Swing Away (2nd Weekend): Sept 25-27

TOURNAMENT DIVISONS: All players must be division age or younger as of May 1, 2026 (May 1, 2027 for Swing Away in fall).  For ages with sufficient teams and field space, we will have Gold (upper) and Silver (lower) divisions.

  • Summer Slam: 15/16U (JV), 17/18U (Varsity)

  • Swing Away (1st Weekend): 8U, 9U, 11U, 13U, 15/16U (JV)

  • Swing Away (2nd Weekend): 10U, 12U, 14U, 17/18U (Varsity)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registration and payment is due 3 weeks before the start of each tournament.  Teams will be waitlisted until payment is received.

COST: Cost includes umpire fees (one for 10U and below / two for 13U and up), game balls, and awards for the top two teams in each division (individual medals and team trophy).

• 11U, 12U: $750

• 13U, 14U: $800

• 15/16U, 17/18U: $850

COI: Please email a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming each of the three organizations below.  If you have multiple teams from the same organization, we only need COIs from one team.

FORMAT: 3-game minimum (weather permitting).  Two pool play games on Saturday (some teams may play one game on Friday night).  Single elimination brackets on Sunday.  Seeding for brackets based in order on: 1) win percentage (win/loss/tie record), 2) head to head results (if only two teams have the same record), 3) average runs allowed, and 4) coin flip.  Divisions with more than 8 teams will likely have separate championship and consolation brackets.  The tournament director may adjust format as needed based on weather or other extenuating circumstances.

LOCATION: Crofton, MD and surrounding areas

ROSTERS: We are no longer requesting team rosters.  However, you should have copies of all players’ birth certificates available if challenged.  Players can only play on one team per age bracket.  

REFUNDS: Full refunds until schedule is published.  Then, 75% refund if no games played and 50% if 1 game played.  No refund if 2 or more games played.  First pitch thrown constitutes a game for the purposes of refunds.
